Your Purelay mattress is backed by a 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural failures. This warranty is valid PAN India from the date of purchase and reflects our commitment to building mattresses that last — honestly, naturally, and without compromise.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural failures that affect the integrity of the mattress
- Abnormal sagging exceeding 1.5 inches under normal use
- Broken, defective, or deteriorating internal components
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear, comfort changes, or softening over time
- Physical damage, misuse, or accidental damage
- Stains, soiling, burns, or liquid damage
- Damage resulting from improper support or bed frame
- Damage caused by improper cleaning methods
How to Raise a Claim
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your claim details.
- Share your original purchase invoice and clear photographs of the defect.
- Our team will inspect and assess your claim within 1–2 business days.
- Based on the assessment, we will arrange a repair or replacement as required.
To Keep Your Warranty Valid
- Use an appropriate bed frame or foundation
- Use a breathable, natural fibre mattress protector
- Follow all care instructions provided in the care booklet
- Keep your original proof of purchase safe
